Welcome to TAGIF Project
Transnational Apprenticeship for Green and Inclusive Futures

TAGIF Project Kick-off

The kick-off of the TAGIF – Transnational Apprenticeship for Green and Inclusive Futures project took place on 25 and 26 November in Elgoibar, Bilbao, Spain.

The European project TAGIF, funded by the Erasmus programme, in which the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém participates together with its partners IMH Campus – Educational Campus in Advanced and Digital Manufacturing, based in Elgoibar, Bilbao, in the Basque Country, and FORMASUP Méditerranée – Centre de Formation d’Apprentis, based in Marseille, France, aims to equip students from each institution with a set of tools and practical approaches related to diversity, inclusion, and environmental transition.

In the university context, these themes are emerging as central topics in contemporary discussions on education and the global job market. As educational institutions and professional organisations adapt to an increasingly diverse society, it becomes essential to create environments that reflect this diversity and promote equal opportunities and participation for all.

This project will enable an up-to-date analysis of individual and collective behaviours in these areas, which will then inform a Masterclass dedicated to inclusion, diversity, and environmental transition. This Masterclass will help prepare and empower future professionals with tools, practical approaches, and intervention methodologies that promote a new organisational culture focused on the importance of these behaviours and capable of being reflected in the strategies, practices, and dynamics of both professionals and organisations.
